The queen bee (centre) swarmed as a virgin queen from Hive 2 on 7th June - and when I had retrieved the swarm I united it with the colony in Hive 4 on the same day. I removed the old queen from H4 before uniting the colonies. The title image is of brood/larvae in Hive 2, the progeny of the queen bee that the remaining colony in H2 produced after the swarming event on 7th June.
