Signs of winter still? I disturbed a hibernating hedgehog while working around A4a - the woodland garden.
A4a - the woodland garden - with hellebores, perennial cornflower, fern, choisya, oak, ash, elderberry, willow, narcissus, sweet woodruff, aquilegia, bramble, wild garlic, lungwort and fritillary; the latter I weeded around carefully as it is just beginning to emerge.
